We begin this journey with a little less excitement than usual, because almost every step will be duplicated when we walk the Circle and District lines (which themselves have a fair bit of overlap).
The first stop is Goldhawk Road, a relatively new station opened in 1914 when the old Shepherd's Bush station was moved.

Day 1 - 26th July 2014. Hammersmith to Mile End (12.9m / 20.6km). Dinner at Zeera.
Day 2 - 27th July 2014. Mile End to Barking (7.0m / 11.3km). Drinks in the Barking Dog and the Spotted Dog.
