First part of the Metropolitan line, then the Bakerloo, Stanmore became the northern terminus of the newest line on the network when the Jubilee line opened in 1979.
Through the park the station is named for, we reach the least used stop on the Jubilee line with only 2.6m passengers per year.
A relatively short walk for the day finishes in Stratford, the terminus of the Jubilee line extension.
